At GR8FR8, we understand the importance of risk vs. reward and provide you with a state-of-the art rating system in order to let community members know about everyone's performance. Shippers may find that a small unknown carrier provides the best service they ever had. Carriers may find that a shipper chronically makes paperwork mistakes. GR8Rating scores are updated in real-time and are available to all other community members to view.
Our GR8Rating™ CSS is so powerful that after a shipment is complete, it auto-populates appropriate ratings for each category in order to make your choice easier. If a carrier was late according to the system, it will be rated appropriately. But don't worry, the final choice is yours! You are able to change the auto-populated ratings to however you see fit, or accept the auto-generated report as-is.
